1. Functions:
- The office of constructional
consultant is a business unit, directly under the University, has
the function of holding consultancy activities on the fields related
to training profession of the University; take part in training
activities, scientific research and technology transfer, domestic
and international cooperation about related fields.
- The office of constructional
consultant is used the seal according to regulated model and has its
private bank account

2. Duties:
Participating in consultant activities
about the contents according to Decision No. 11/QD-BXD dated 04
January 2002 of Minister of Construction on the establishment of the
office of constructional consultant directly under Hanoi
Architectural University and according to the Certification of
technological and scientific activity registration No. 758 dated 16
January 2002 of Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment:
- Carry out scientific research and
technology transfer in the fields of planning, architecture, work
structure, constructional materials and urban environment.
- Report about investment of work
construction;
- Advise about forming and managing
investment plan, make report about scientific and technical
construction of civil, industrial work, infrastructure, urban
environment;
- Location survey, work geology,
hygropraphic geology;
- Area planning, detail planning of
residential quarters and insudtrial zones;
- Design the techinique and make the
general budget for civil, industrial construction works,
infrastructure; cultural and religious works; under water works,
road transport and urban environment;
- Assess the project of constructional
investment, investigate the document of technical degisn and
general; budget of constructional works;
- Advise about making bids invitation
and analyze, evaluate inviting bids document; advise about
construction, building process, buying and installing equipments of
constructional works;
- Advise about experimental
supervising, verify the quality of constructional materials and
technical service works; interior and exterior;
- Advise about the assessment of
environment effects with the quality of civil and industrial
constructional works, infrastructure and environmental sanitation;
- Advise about examing, certifying the
correspondence of quality with constructional works.
