1. Functions:
- Urban Development and Construction
Company is a state enterprise of Hanoi Architectural University,
operating in trading and manufacture under the Law on State
enterprise, having legal status, obligations and rights according to
the statutory, being responsible for all the trading activities;
having a seal, property and general funds; openning account at
internal and external countires on the regualtions; permited to
organize and operate according to the regulations of the Company.
2. Duties:
- Undertaking construction of civil
and industrial works; construction of the projects on urban and
infrastructure technology and industrial parks; foundation
processing, executing works of water supply, roads, electrical
construction works;
- Decorating interior, yards and
statues;
- Manufacturing and trading in
constructional materials, decorated materials, interior equipments,
water and power, architectural model, posters, and statue pictures
- Executing, applying scientific
development in works of: architecture, construction, infrastructure
technique, urban environment, advance technological transfer on the
fields of architecture and construction to support for training,
researches, manufacture and trading.
- Directly managed by the University,
permited to co-ordinate with domestic and external economic and
industrial organizations to execute projects related to trading
sectors.
- Participating and assisting in
training, scientific researches and technological transfer of the
University.
- Implementing other duties
supplemented in the Company's Certificte of business registration
issued by State agency.
