- The Applied informatics Centre was
established according to the Decision No. 212/BXD-TCLD dated 10
April 1997 of Ministry of Construction.
- The center’s mandates are clearly
defined in the Decision on approval of development and construction
project of the Faculty of Urban Management No. 605 /QĐ/ ĐHKT- TH
dated 20 April 2006 of Rector of Hanoi Architectural University.
- Since 1990, the Centre has hold the
training course to teach for students of the University according to
the program and planning of General informatics, Office informatics,
Applied informatics used for many specialties; besides, the Centre
also participates in teaching foreign language for some departments
outside the University.
- The Centre has been in charge of
many scientific research topics of National level, Ministry level
and School level with good results. The results of scientific
research which have been applied for teaching many subjects of the
Centre and doing student management mission were highly appreciated
- In many years, the team of the
University has taken the National wide Informatics Olympic Exam of
unprofessional group and has got high award for both individual and
team.

General informatics for students of the University
- Teach programming, study and apply
informatics software
- Participating in scientific research
technological transfer activities
- Cooperating with relevant local and
international organizations
