1. Functions:
- Acts as a counsellor and helps the
President to organize and manage investment and construction tasks,
manage material facilities, equipments, health tasks and
envirnmental sanitation of the University.
2. Duties:
- Pursuant to yearly or quarter
investment requirement of the Unievrsity's units, Equipment
Administration Department co-ordinates with units to build
investment plans of materials facilities and equipments of the
University and submits for the President's approval.
- Editing documents under the
functions and assigned tasks and suppervising implementation after
approved by the President.
- Being in charge of and co-ordinating
with other units to make constructional planning, investment
projects and executing the preparation for investment.
- Organizing to purchase and manage
the University's property and equipments; managing, maintaining
equipments and supporting techniques for the units in the use of
equipments;
- Managing large or small
constructional and repaired works of the University under the
current construction Laws;
- Organizing health care for cadres
and students, checking sanitation task, food safety, carrying out
epidemic prevention in the University.
- Managing household register books of
cadres and collective households.
- Managing satffs, officials, and
contracted labours of the department under assignments of the Board
of presidents; managing materials facilities, equipments, and
materials assigned by the University in order to execute assigned
tasks.
- Being in charge of or co-ordinating
to participate with relevant units to implement other duties under
the President's assignments;
