1. Functions:
- Service center is a non-productive
unit with incomes of the University. It has functions of
organization, sporting services according to the requirements of the
University such as: Office security, automobile management and
control, environmental sanitation; organizing and supplying other
services to satisfy demand of officers and students of the
university and society.
2. Duties:
- Building programs and sheme of
assignment; editing regulations ans statutes on services and submit
to the Board of Presidents
- Proposing methods and executing
public security, office safety, protection of University's property.
- Managing and training militia;
managing weapons and equipments supporting protection and national
defence of the University.
- Managing registration of military
service according to the the management of military authorities;
implementing military rear policy;
- Managing fire safety of the
university
- Co-ordinating with General
Department to implement assignment for political security and
State's secret.
- Managing and operating motobile use
of the University supporting for assignment according to the
University's regulations.
- Ensuring sanitation of the
University, including: Classrooms, project workshops, toilets,
corridors, yards and gardens;
- Managing and using Gymnastics
stadiums supporting for training and other activities according to
regulations of the University;
- Managing and using guest house under
the regulations of the University;
- Organizing and supporting dinning
services for officers and students of the university and society;
- Organizing to look after bicycles,
motobikes, and motobiles of officers, students and visiters.
- Supplying other services related to
the functions and duties of the Center according the regulations of
State and University.
- Making report and statistics on the
contents related to functions and duties of the Center under the
requirement of the Senior and Board of Presidents;
