1. Functions:
- Act as a counsellor and help
the President to organize and manage political activities of cadres
and students; carry out task of student management under the
regulations of student's tasks of Department of Education and
Training.
2. Duties:
- Making a working program, planning
organization for the implementation of political activities, current
affair progaganda, researching on guideline and policies of the
Party and State in cadres and students of the University.
- Proactively in catching development
of idelogy, awareness of cadres and students, proposing the
University on the methods of solution.
- Carrying out comprehensive students
management of the University according to reguations of Students's
tasks of Department of Education and Training;
- Accepting and managing oversea
students studying at the University;
- Executing the tasks on stastistics,
storing and report of the maters related to political and students
assignement under the President and the Seniors;
- Managing satffs, officials, and
contracted labours of the department under assignments of the Board
of presidents; managing materials facilities, equipments, and
materials assigned by the University in order to execute the
functions and duties of the Department.
- Co-ordinating with the Trade union,
Youth Union, Students Affair of the University, faculties and
departments to organize excellent student selections, cultural
activities, musics, sports, movements of civilized lifestyle, social
evil prevention, charitabale activities...contributing to build a
cultural environment in the University.
- Co-odinating with General
Department, Faculties, Youth union, Students affair to carry out
task of interal politics security, military duties in students.
