- At present, the University has
numbered more than 800 officials and contracted staffs. Of whom
nearly 400 lecturers, 58 masters, 02 professors, 27 associate
professors and 12 senior teachers. During 45 years of training, the
University has trained 19.127 architects and engineers, 609 masters,
65 doctors of the University's training specialties.
- Lecturers, scientific cadres,
trainees and students of the University have participated thousands
themes of scientific researches. In which there are many important
researches of Nation and Construction such as: national research of
housing, model and solution of planning, architecture of Vietnam's
specific ecological areas, researching for appreciated technology
supporting for industrializing house construction in Vietnam until
2020...

international organizations in the world. Associated training in
undergraduate and postgraduate programs with many universities such
as: Montreal University (Canada), Toulouse University (France),
Dresden University (Federal Republic of Germany), Melbourne
University (Australia) ...
- At present, the University has 8
faculties, 4 centers and 1 department directly training
undergraduate and postgraduate programs, University's enrolment
target of each year are: Full time: 1100 - 1200; Recruitment: 50;
Part-time: 750 - 800; Masters: 120 - 150; Doctors: 10 - 20 graduate
students.
- Realizing mission of training and
scientific researches into practice to create activity
environment for teachers and students, the University also has:
Institute of Tropical Architecture, Department of Consultancy and
Constructional Technology Transfer, Urban Development and
Construction Company, Infrastructural Technology and Urban
Environment Center....
- For a better implementation in
training and scientific research, the University has built systems
of lecture halls, classrooms, a library and information center and
an experiment center with sufficient modern equipments satisfying
the expectation of teachers and students in study and scientific
researches at the University.
