Faculty was established in 2005 according to Decision No.
2176/QD/DHKT-TH of Rector of Hanoi Architectural University.
- Faculty has organized training in
many places such as: Ha Noi, Xuan Hoa, Uong Bi, Hai Phong, Ha Long,
Tuy Hoa, Thu Duc, Gia Lam with 6732 graduate students.
- The Faculty’s mandates are clearly
defined in the Decision on approval of development and construction
project of the Faculty of Urban Management No. 601 /QĐ/ ĐHKT- TH
dated 20 April 2006 of Rector of Hanoi Architectural University.

4. Staff and Lecturers
- At
present, staff of the Faculty has numbered 20 teachers, of whom;
there are 2 Associate Professors, 5 Doctors, 12 Masters.
- Staff of the Faculty will be 22
people by 2010. Faculty office consists of assistants (who are also
teachers) responsible for supporting the Dean of Faculty on
training, student administration and 2 secretaries
