january 25, 2005, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan minister of construction, Mr
Nguyen Van Lien, Deputy Minister of construction; Mr Ngo Minh Man
chief of personal and organization department; Mr. Bui Duc Hung
chief of planning and statistics department; Mr Tran Ngoc Chinh,
chief of Architectural planning department; Mr. Nguyen Dang Can,
deputy director of LILAMA
paid a working visit to Ha no. Architecrural university.

The leadership of ministry fo constructionthe rector
discussed with the University Managing board, by the rector Mr. Tran
Trong Hanh, the imortant issues related to the divelopment plan of
the University, including.

Improving enroliment, ensuring comliance with the regulations
of ministry of education and training and ministry of construction,
anhancing qualification of the enrollees;

Creating new training branches, meeting the training demands
of society and the process of industrialization and modernization in
the 21st
century;

Upgrading and improving material bases of the Universty for
th purpose of meeting the demands of training, scientific research,
technology transter, in particular, to facilitate a cademic
activities, improving efficiency of using lecture-halls.
